Project TIWA is a 2-year long project realized under the programme Erasmus+. The 1st transnational partnership meeting took place in Velenje, Slovenia, on the 27th and 28th February 2020. The meeting was organized by the project leader AZ Ljudska Univerza Velenje and all partners had a chance to introduce themselves and get to know each other.

During the two-days meeting, the partners discussed the main objectives of the project, shared their goals and visions and agreed on next steps in the project development. They also attended a workshop and brainstormed what factors can affect the workplace atmosphere and one’s happiness at the workplace.

TIWA aims to contribute to the transformation of workplaces across Europe to make them healthier and more efficient and productive. It also wants to raise awareness of the importance of this transformation for the economic model and the new working world. All actors’ ability to adapt will make their working environment more resilience and innovative.

The next project meeting will take place in Dublin, Ireland, in May 2020.
