The first half of the year 2020 was unprecedented for the whole world. The Covid-19 pandemic hit Europe hard, affecting the work of millions and disabling people from travelling.  Project TIWA was no exception. Instead of in Dublin, Ireland, the partners decided to organize the 2nd transnational meeting ONLINE!

The online meeting took place on 12.6.2020 via MS Teams. The meeting was organized by the Irish partners I&F and all project partners participated.

During the online conference, the partners discussed what has been finished of the first intellectual outputs “Ideal Leaders” (that is Summary report) and what are the next steps on its development. The partners divided 8 different topics (happiness, health & productivity, motivation & lack of recognition, stress, anxiety & depression, leadership, empathy & working together, toxic relationships, emotional wage) and will work on creating Learning pills for managers.

The next project meeting should take place in Cordoba, Spain, in October 2020.
